80's does 20's in this amazing sequin Silk dress, she features:

* Silk Base embellished with Black shinny sequins and beads
* Slightly boxy fitted bodice with beaded floral pattern
* Fitted waist/hip band made with rows of sequins so the top can blouson
* Chiffon Sleeves with sequin cuffs at opening
* Amazing Handkerchief hem with piece of silk beaded with floral design
